Lines without 7Li hyperfine splitting were reported by

Lines with hyperfine splitting were reported by

The stated uncertainties in (1, 2) appear to be too conservative; smaller values have been employed here. Predictions may be reliable up to 900 GHz. Hyperfine splitting is deemed to be irrelevant for astronomical observations.
